As other reviewers have mentioned, the new design with daily appointments is not beneficial, as this is not how many people seem to use the diary. The app-linked feature (via QR code) is not a positive innovation either - digitization isn't always needed or wanted. I've been a customer for years, but these changes will make me consider other diaries next year.

I always order a Letts Diary at the end of the year, but this time the whole process was a major hassle. My first order never arrived, and after I asked Letts for a refund the helpful Customer Support offered to send me a replacement diary, which I accepted. They sent it by FedEx (instead of Royal Mail), which was also a hassle, as the diary didn't arrive on the day FedEx texted me when it would arrive. Now, I see the diary I chose has been discounted by 70%. Next year, I shall order it in January. It was all worth it in the end though. I've got my diary.
Can’t understand why you would change this diary which I’ve been buying since I was a child to appointments. Please please change it back. Happy new year Letts xx

I need a day to a page as I write a journal almost every day. The Letts A5 diary is perfect for this, has all the information I need and plenty of space for my writing.
