I agree with others that the mini planner between months is very annoying. It breaks up the week. I wrote immediately when you made the change. When you made the change last year but you took no notice.
I also did not like the way you changed to starting the week with Monday rather than Sunday.
Thirdly I complained that you reduced the cover colour selection but I guess that is due to the reduction in sales.
This year I was a little late in ordering so had to accept the same colour as the year before which upsets my filing logic. I keep past diaries and have been using them for over 50 years. And will do so till I die unless you make more silly changes.

Big mistake discontinuing diaries with the gold pens. I bought them as Christmas gifts from Letts for many years and discontinuing these with no notice is a bad business decision and a deal breaker for myself and others Will be buying different gifts elsewhere from now on. Why did you chnage the format by inserting a planner before every month..irritating and unecessary. I had hoped that you would have scrapped it for 2025.....but sadly not
