The diary itself wasn't an issue, I liked the way the pages were set out, the use of linking it to a phone reminder was also a great idea.
The delivery was fast and the diary was well packed.
Negative part
My diary arrived scuffed, with black marks on it and looking like it had been thrown on the floor a few times before being sent to me which I feel is totally unacceptable given the cost, who ever posted it would have seen the marks but still felt it was OK to send to me which I feel is lazy and poor customer care
