    Format variation

    I found it very difficult to locate the diary I had last year and one that I had used for the last 20 years I used the reference no on the diary label Slim week to view
    24-T35SUBK (I found that it was difficult to locate on your website ) The diary that arrived-although the same reference no was a different format and the days were not lined. The city information only added unnecessary weight to the diary ( what is the point of listing 3 hotels in Sydney?)
    Would it not be better marketing To email your customers in November asking if they wanted to renew their order for the next year with the same diary?

    My wife and I have used a personalised Letts Lexocon diary for many years. They are fantastic and they are a great Xmas present to one another .

    Some recommendations

    1-Please put that lovely "letts" logo on the pocket diaries. What's the point you've removed it?
    2- no need to that monthly planner pages you've added recent years. Its waste of pages.
    3- we as international costumers dont need those England maps pages.
    4- give us some extra blank pages for personel using. (instead of England map😊
