I have been buying this diary for years, scouring many stores in Australia each year in order to enjoy both the style and functionality.
This year, the quality of the printing is poor, with varying ink quality (at times appearing more faint).
The use of Q codes and multiple languages on each page has cluttered them, making it difficult to ensure the notes I put on the page are the heroes; the primary reason for purchasing a hardcopy diary. This reduced functionality is such a disappointment.
Other companies appear to have honoured the purpose of a diary, and resisted the urge to become all things to everyone.
I will now need to spend money to return this diary and find a brand that is worthy of my loyalty.
