Advertised as a full year, came as half year...still unsure who these half year diaries are for. Customer support unwilling to do anything to help/rectify

I am sorry that you have ordered the incorrect item. The product you ordered is a mid-year (Academic) diary. Please contact the customer service team store@flbgroup.com for assistance in ordering the correct diary.
We do offer a free returns service and the Freepost address is printed at the bottom of your packing slip.
Once the item is received we will refund the amount back to the method of payment used when you placed the order.
